Yesterday trained and trained, practiced our shoot and stances, practiced the Morote Seoi Nage, aka Shoulder/Arm throw. Nearly got crushed by Coach Chung la omg, imagine a 80kg+ wrestler trying to pin you,exerting his full body weight to you. Slacked awhile, weight training after that, and then locked the Federation and went home with Kaijun and Kester. Funny ah, people always think we three are brothers LOL.




Just like any normal days in school, studied and revised. New topic for Maths and Geography, did things and blah blah blah, kinda getting the hang of Principle of Accounts already :p . Should be able to do well in the class test next week. Still trying hard to hold on to Maths, which has been my weakest subject since young, ohmygad laa ): . O level topic is up for Design and Tech, gonna screw my brain thinking of the portfolio and product already. Stupid topic, so hard to think of anything to start okay ._. Training later, will have a football session, HAHAHA DAMN FUN. Photographers coming next week IIRC, for some YoG thingy. Tommorow school, PE and NCC ): Long day today and tommorow. Update later!

Update -



Went for training, as usual, same people there, Aloy returned with his friends. Did some drills, single leg, then practiced Kata Guruma (Fireman's Carry) and so, did a lil bit of live. Very scared when Chung Sir want to demo on me, OMG LA, I THINK MY RIBCAGE GONNA DIE ANY TIME SOON LOL. Kaijun was screaming in pain just now, I was laughing, then Coach Chung asked for me, and I soon started too. ): Sad life okay! Weight training, barbell dumbbell and so, chest growing already kkk (x. Dead man lift, 20kg, Gabriel korkor taught us correct technique, super power strength exercise siol, now got new exercise already HAHA. Tommorow return to school again, ): BUT THARS PE TOMMOROW YAYNESS! Goodnight readers~
