hellllyeah, after applying R.I.C.E, ankle's kinda okay already, ocassionally pressured-pain, but nothing much major anyway, normal sprain with swelling. So yeah, NCC today, took NAPFA test for the NCC HQ thingy, expected Gold as usual, but wants to retake, I need to get better results, couldn't do it properly with this fucked ankle >.>

So nothing much else, bubbletea with Hakim,Azri and Haresh, went back home thru 74, handphone battery got flat, downloaded GTA IV and played. Tommorow training, yeahhh time to return to hitting some pads (:
